4dots Maximize Always can keep specific applications maximized in Windows right from their launch.

It keeps a list of applications that it will maximize as soon as their are launched and will keep them maximixed. You can add applications to the list by simply dragging and dropping them.

It is only necessary to specify the application''s filename and then the application will be maximized automatically when it is run or when it is reactivated. You can also specify to maximize windows that contain specific text using wildcards and regular expressions.
