GetPixelColor can determine the color value of a pixel on a Windows Desktop.
You can use it to get the RGB, RGBA, HLS etc color value of any pixel on your Windows Desktop, which you can then use in Paint or image editing suites.
NOTE: For 64-bit Windows, download GetPixelColor (64-bit Portable) instead.
