TNT SoftWorks TabPad is a powerful freeware text editor for Windows.
It helps you to create personal or professional notes and even convert them to PDF if that needs to be done. The supported file formats are RTF, TXT, HTM, ODT, NFO, DAT and PLC. Regarding images, the types are BMP, JPG, GIF and ICO.
It provides for all the basic text editing features you would require and is a multi-tabbed interface, so you can work on multiple items at once.
