AdiIRC is a fast and useful Internet Relay Chat client that provides plenty of features and customization options.

It has multi-server support which can be crucial for an IRC client, and supports file transfers through DCC Get and DCC Send commands. It also has control support for WinAMP built in.

It is highly customisable with themes if that is your thing.
